On the Merits of the Second Watch
I’m a big proponent of the idea that a gentleman should invest in a few timeless accessories for his wardrobe. First and foremost, a man requires a timepiece. I don’t subscribe to the widespread belief of our generation that our phones can replace watches. Sidestepping my personal feelings on the disappointingly high level of dependence we have on our devices these days, let me just say that a watch is an indispensable building block of any man’s wardrobe. Hell, a man’s watch even looks great on the ladies.
